Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On December 21, 2013, at around 07:08, the Defendant driven approximately 10km of the B car from the nearest road of the ‘Gangdong Station in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu' to the road located in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Gangseo-dong 686.
