On September 3, 2014, at around 21:56, the Defendant driven a Bgner car in the state of alcohol with approximately 0.065% alcohol concentration from around 5km to around 16, Songpa-gu, Seoul Olympic-ro 4-ro, Songpa-gu, Seoul.
