A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Accordingly, the Defendant received from G, a game water broker G, which was known to the general public, the game products of “fash-path-path-path-path-path-path-path-path-path-path-path-path-path-path-path-path-path-path-path-path-path-path

As a result, the Defendant conspired with the above G and distributed game water different from the grade received.
