Defendant is punished by imprisonment with prison labor for April, 2017, 872, 1005, and 1130(Joints). The second half of 2017, the second half of 1253(Joints).

Punishment of the crime

On May 17, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Southern District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on May 25, 2017.

The Defendant, around January 6, 2017, connected the Internet Game “E” to the “E,” in DPC room located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Seoul, around January 6, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened an Internet game game that was posted to the victim F while holding the game in the absence of intent or ability to sell the game machine; and (b) posted by a third party on the “Ac items” to the victim F; (c) the Internet game that was posted by the third party to the “E”.

In the event of settlement for the game money sale, the term “the game money” is false to the effect that the Plaintiff would pay the musical money of the “Mynion”, and the victim’s money is “Lado Emba”.

After settling KRW 692,00 in connection with “”, the Plaintiff created a new character using his name (the name of the character) and received a game money equivalent to the same amount from G and H, a non-s seller, and obtained a total amount of KRW 1,67,000 in total on three occasions, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached crime.

In this respect, the Defendant acquired pecuniary benefits by deceiving the victim.

"2017 Highest 1005"

1. On July 6, 2016, the Defendant connected the DaPC’s “DPC room” server located in the “DPC room” located in the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu’s 1st century, and falsely sold the said game to the victim I as if the victim I sold one “Tho White Sim,” which is an item of the said game, and one “Tai Dok”.
