Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant asserted that “the ownership still exists to the Defendant,” since he/she was awarded a compulsory auction on March 5, 2018 by the victim C (V, 50 years of age) as the former owner of the building located in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and the victim C (V, 50 years of age), and has repeatedly committed a crime, such as property damage, against the victim.
