A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On April 7, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Seoul Central District Court on April 6, 2015, and on January 6, 2015, on July 17, 2015, to imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime at the Seoul East District Court, for six months, and on December 19, 2016, for six months, for the same crime at the Seoul Central District Court, and on April 12, 2017, the execution of the sentence was completed.

1. On July 13, 2017, around 09:40 on July 13, 2017, the Defendant: (a) made use of a cresh in which surveillance was neglected by E by a manager in the location D Co., Ltd. located under the ground of the Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno Building; (b) thereby, stolen two copies of the victim’s market value, which was kept in the said location at the religious room display room, by inserting 1.30,00 won in the aggregate of the market value owned by the victim.

On July 31, 2017, the Defendant, within the foregoing D, stolen two copies of the victim’s market price, which was kept in the victim’s religious scam display room, by using the gaps in which surveillance of the E was neglected, in the same manner as the written in the preceding paragraph, in which the victim’s total market price in the religious scambling room was 102,000 won.

3. On August 18, 2017, the Defendant, within the foregoing D, stolen four rights of a victim’s sexual intercourse worth KRW 202,00,000, which was kept in the victim’s religious event display room, using the gaps in which surveillance of the E was neglected, in the same manner as the written in the preceding paragraph, within the scope of around 09:53.

[2018 Godan 1523] On June 3, 2017, the Defendant: (a) placed “G” on the fourth floor of the Songpa-gu Seoul F building, Songpa-gu, Seoul around 16:50; (b) placed the victim H in that place in a household where the Defendant prepared four books of “bigler gender” amounting to KRW 208,00 in total, the market price of the victim H ownership in that place.

As a result, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment not less than three times with prison labor for larceny and again commits larceny within three years after the execution of the sentence is completed.
