1. On February 1, 2017, around 13:49, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by putting the victim’s first floor K store at the J department store located in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, into a bank in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected; and (b) putting the victim’s counter-in amounting to KRW 210,00,000, the market price of which is at least KRW 210,000, which the victim’s management was prepared in advance; and (c) committed a theft by 353,000,000 won at a total of three times from the above date to 14:00 on the same day, as indicated in the list of crimes 1.

On February 2, 2017, at around 12:53, the Defendant: (a) placed the victim N in M department stores located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si L, in a store managed by the victim N in the department store; (b) put the employees in a knife room in a knife room in a knife room; (c) one female-use wall in an amount equivalent to 3:70,000 won at the market price managed by the damaged person on the display stand in that place.

On April 22, 2017, around 19:05, the Defendant: (a) placed in the U department store V clothes shop in Seoul Gwangjin-gu, U.S., where the injured party neglected to pay attention to the customers; and (b) placed them in a household room in which the injured party in the display room manages the goods, such as a set of KRW 237,00,00 in total, and a set of 1 punishment, etc., in which the Defendant possessed them.
