A was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for embezzlement, etc. at the Suwon Friwon on December 15, 201, and on December 23, 2011, the said judgment became final and conclusive on December 13, 2012 during the execution of the said punishment, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on December 21, 2012 after having been sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for fraud in the same court.
