Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant and the Defendant and the Defendant and the Defendant and the Defendant and the Defendant were in charge of the conspiracy of conspiracy B, C, D, and E, with a view to taking part of the role into account the harming Vehicle and the damaged vehicle (hereinafter referred to as “life-saving b”), and were in charge of driving the harming Vehicle, and B was in charge of interfering with C, the driver of the harming Vehicle, and D, E, A (18 years of age).

2. Accordingly, the defendant acquired the victim's property in collusion with K, L, M, and N.
3. The Defendant and the Defendant were ambiguous to obtain insurance money by means of B, Q and one life breab, and Q was driving a Rpoter vehicle from the three-distance distance of the Korea Railroad Technical Institute located in Guang-si around May 17, 2017, around 00:38, in some subsequent cases, and following the Defendant and S were driving a Rpoter vehicle.
