The judgment of the court below is reversed.

Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

3. Determination

A. On April 29, 2015, the Defendant forced indecent conduct (main facts charged) (hereinafter “D”) to pay accommodation charges for the victim E (the 36 years of age) in an inn of “D” located in Busan Shipping Daegu C on April 29, 2015, and in front of 607 of the said inn, “a change” was neglected the victim’s demand, and first, entered the said guest room so that the injured party can enter the said guest room in his/her hand, and the victim could not get off his/her arms by leaving the said guest room.
