A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "E" 1168 is a person who is engaged in affairs, such as the construction of stone in his/her own name, under the name of his/her father D from the Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and the seventh floor.

On July 29, 2015, the Defendant had to submit a certificate of corporate credit rating required in the process of examining qualifications to receive a successful bid, with regard to the public announcement of the tender for construction of chemical steel plant in Songpa-gu Seoul Industrial Complex, Songpa-gu, Seoul. However, the Defendant was willing to submit the said certificate by stealing the corporate credit rating of A&C, a private business entity whose corporate credit rating has been verified.

1. On July 29, 2015, the Defendant forged an official document forgery or forgery of a private document in the form of “E (State)NW” and “E (H) representative director D (H) of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government) computer without authority in the column of the head office, and copied the document by inserting the paper in the form of “E” without authority, and without authority in the same manner as in the column of the entire certificate of the registration of A&C’s registration, which is an official document, in addition to the phrase “E”, the Defendant forged one copy of the certificate in the name of the Central Manager of Information Management Office of Information Management, the certificate in the name of the Central Manager of Information Management Office, and the certificate in the name of the registered matters.

In addition, the Defendant forged a copy of the corporate credit rating certificate in the name of the company, representative, address column of its head office, telephone number column, without authority, in the same way as “E (E) NW-INC, D”, “Seoul Songpa-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City GB-42, and “I” in the corporate information column of the corporate credit rating certificate of AWC prepared for the same purpose at that time.

2. The Defendant, as above, participated in the tendering process at the F apartment management office on the same day on the same day.
