A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

Around February 17, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny in the Chungcheong District Court’s Chungcheong Branch, and completed the execution of the sentence in the area of origin of the Daejeon Correctional Institution on September 8, 2011. On January 22, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Suwon District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on April 23, 2014.

At around 21:50 on July 23, 2013, the Defendant: (a) cut off the foregoing vehicle and one credit card in the foregoing vehicle while driving a D-wing vehicle with the market value equivalent to KRW 28 million, which the victim C was set up and set up in order for the victim C to deliver milk at the front of the fourth complex of Hyundai Ampha C-Sacke apartment complex, No. 1357, Hyundai Ampha C to deliver milk, 1357.
