Punishment of the crime

[2018 Highest 585] On December 20, 2018, the Defendant opened an unlocked side at the “C” factory located in Busan High-gu Busan High-gu B, and intruded into the said new factory office, and stolen cash 200,000 won, which was located below the office’s book.

[2019 Highest 953] On March 18, 2019, the Defendant intruded into the inner part of a store for dissolution of the trade name “G” operated by the victim F, through the entrance that was not corrected, at around 03:08, in front of the building in Busan, Busan, Busan, the Defendant had 7 marith of the total market price of the victim owned by the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the building managed by the victim at night, and stolen the victim's property.

1. On January 25, 2019, at around 15:40 on January 25, 2019, the Defendant: (a) stolen a theft with one credit card of the national bank owned by the victim I, who was on the tables, at the J mobile phone sales store operated by the victim I located in Busanjin-gu, Busan.

2. Fraud and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On January 25, 2019, around 15:57, the Defendant presented the victim’s convenience store operated by the victim L in Busan-gu, Busan-gu, as if the credit card of the stolen I bank was the Defendant’s possession, and paid the relevant amount, and acquired the stolen credit card and used the stolen credit card.

B. On January 25, 2019, the Defendant, at around 16:00, presented the victim’s P convenience store operated by the victim’sO located in Busan Jin-gu, Busan, as if the credit card of the stolen I bank was owned by the Defendant, presented the victim as if the Defendant was the owner of the Defendant, and paid the relevant amount, and acquired by deception and used the stolen credit card.

C. On January 25, 2019, the Defendant is the victim R in Busan Jin-gu Q around 16:03.
