1. The defendant shall be jointly and severally paid to the plaintiff KRW 70,000,000 with the non-party C and shall be fully paid to the plaintiff from March 5, 2020.

The facts in the cause of the claim are recognized as either a dispute between the parties or in full view of the purport of the entire pleadings in the evidence Nos. 1 and 2.

Therefore, the defendant is jointly and severally liable with the non-party C to pay to the plaintiff KRW 70,000,000, which is equivalent to the remaining purchase price, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from March 5, 2020 to the day of complete payment, which is the day following the service of the original copy of the payment order of this case sought by the plaintiff.

If so, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable and acceptable.
