A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 2009, the Defendant purchased 12 insurance products (injury and disease), such as Green Damage Insurance Co., Ltd., 10 insurance companies, but did not suffer any injury or suffered any injury, even though it was merely a minor accident and did not require medical treatment, but did not require medical treatment. On January 22, 2010, the Defendant was paid KRW 20,352,961 in total 39 times from January 19, 2010 to November 23, 2010 by eight insurance companies, such as the victim’s green damage insurance, from January 19, 2010 to November 23, 2010.

2. Although the Defendant did not need to receive hospitalized treatment as a factual minor accident, the Defendant was hospitalized for a long period of time from December 20, 2010 to January 3, 2011, for 15 days, with a view to going beyond the front of the M apartment road in the Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, about 10:00 on December 20, 201.
