The Defendants subscribed to a large number of insurance policies on April 2009, and had the insured enter into an insurance contract with the insurance company from April 6, 2009 to August 25, 2009, with the total of 14 insurance companies and the insured from April 5, 2009 to April 30, 2009, with the total of 19 insurance companies and the insured from April 6, 2009 to October 9, 2009, respectively with the total of 22 insurance companies and the insured from April 6, 2009 to October 9, 209.

A received KRW 4,363,00 in total amount of insurance money from victims by means of false hospitalization from the victim's Green Damage Insurance around September 29, 2009, even though the fact at the D Hospital located in Simpo-si on September 12, 2009 was not different in fact, after being hospitalized for 11 days, and on September 28, 2009, at around September 29, 2009, after claiming payment of the victim's Green Damage Insurance from the victim's Green Damage Insurance and received KRW 220,000 from the victim's Green Damage Insurance until December 30, 2009.

B Around July 27, 2009, the facts in the E Council members were not the fact that the directors were in bad faith and thus they did not require hospitalization, but were hospitalized for 14 days falsely, and on August 18, 2009, at around August 19, 2009, claimed for payment of the victim's green damage insurance money and received 420,000 won of insurance money from the victim's green damage insurance around August 19, 2009, and received 58,181,265 won in total from the victims by means of false hospitalization as shown in the attached Table 2 from around that time to August 5, 2010.

C Around October 30, 2009, the fact in the E Council members was falsely hospitalized for 14 days, although there was no fact that the fact was exceeded from the stairs.
