A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who resides in the subparagraph C of the building B in Busan, and the victim D (the victim, the 25 years of age) is a person who resides in the same building E.

1. Around August 11, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime, at around 01:22, invaded upon the victim’s residence by inserting a cell phone with which the victim’s house function was activated on the ground that the catat of the cat of the cat of the cat of the cat of the cat of the cat of the cat of the cat of the cat of the cat of the cat of August 11, 2019.

3. Around August 15, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime at around 05:05 on August 15, 2019, while taking part in the victim’s house and taking part in the cell phone which activated the camera function, the Defendant took part in the victim’s hand, and took part in the victim’s body body, and intruded the victim’s residence, and taken part in the victim’s body that may cause a sense of sexual shame against the victim’s will.
