A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (Intimidation of collective weapons, etc.);

A. At around 22:00 on December 1, 2012, the Defendant: (a) 22:00, the Defendant sent the victim B (n), who is one’s own wife, in front of the digging bridge of a farm road located in the south of the frontnam-dong screen, with the victim’s wife; (b) however, the victim would not see it; (c) threatened the victim by taking a knife, which is a dangerous object stored in the front line of the Defendant’s vehicle screen, with a knife a knife, which is a dangerous object (30cm in length) kept in the front line; and (d) threatened the victim by taking the knife a pipe (70 cm in length, diameter 2.2 cm in diameter) which is a dangerous object stored in the knife on the front line.

B. On December 1, 2012, at around 23:00, the Defendant, at the office of “E” corporation operated by the Defendant in Gwangju Mine-gu, the Defendant continued to deny the existence of the said victim’s influence, and the Defendant cited the transition (15cm in length) as his hand, a dangerous object located in the said dispute group on his book, and threatened the Defendant with the threat as they threatened.

C. On December 15, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 22:00, around 301-dong 22204, the 301-dong 2204 of the North-gu Seoul Northern apartment of the Republic of Korea, arguing the Defendant’s influence with the said victim; and (b) putting the pipes connected to urban gas valves at the port and influence of about 10 minutes of gas.

그 이후 위험한 물건인 라이터를 들고 “우리 뭐하러 살아야 되냐, 우리 셋 다 죽자”고 하면서 위 라이터를 켜는 시늉을 하고, 피해자의 손을 잡고 피해자의 방에 있는 창문으로 끌고 가 “같이 죽자”라고 하면서 뛰어내리라고 위협하는 등 피해자를 협박하였다.
