Punishment of the crime

On July 25, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. in the Incheon District Court on July 25, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daegu Prison on March 23, 2014.

Criminal facts

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. by selling and buying psychotropic drugs;

A. On October 19, 2014, around 19:00, the Defendant: (a) purchased approximately 0.8g of psychotropic drugs-related Mepted Mampa (i.e., one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”); and (b) received 400,000 won from D for its payment.

B. On December 24, 2014, around 19:00 on December 24, 2014, the Defendant: (a) held D with approximately 0.4g opon around a car parked on the road located in the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City E; and (b) received from D KRW 200,000 as the price for the vehicle.

C. At around 02:00 on January 27, 2015, the Defendant: (a) 02:00, the Defendant: (b) d’s writingphone 0.4g on the front of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City G apartment; and (c) 1.50,000 won on the basis of D’s price.

Accordingly, the Defendant traded psychotropic drugs on three occasions.

2. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. by medication of psychotropic drugs;

A. On April 23, 2015, around 23:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.05g of philopon from the Defendant’s house toilet located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City H apartment 103 Dong 107, into the left part of the Defendant’s body.

B. At around 00:00 on May 17, 2015, the Defendant injected approximately 0.05g of philophones into the Defendant’s left part of the instant paragraph at the place indicated in the said paragraph.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered psychotropic drugs twice.

3. The Defendant, in violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (mariana) due to smoking in marijuana, has broken down tobacco at the Defendant’s home toilet located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City H apartment around 03:00 on May 19, 2015, and mariju.
