A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

71,600 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. by selling and buying psychotropic drugs;

A. On October 16, 2015, at around 16:30 on the road in front of the D Hospital located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant dry up approximately 0.4g of the psychotropic drugs, which are psychotropic drugs located in the one-time injection machine, from Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and up to KRW 200,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won, for the said consideration to E.

B. At around 16:00 on November 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) flickphone 0.8gh from E in front of the D Hospital located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and (b) 300,000 won in cash for the price to E.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased psychotropic drugs over twice.

2. On October 2015, the Defendant, in violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (flapsing to psychotropic drugs and marijuana) and the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (flapsing to maths), listen to the horses that “it is possible to exchange the philopon and marijuana with marijuana” by phone from the place on which the police officer was on the scopic in order to arrange F to exchange the philopon and marijuana owned by E with it.

Since then, around 23:00 on October 25, 2015, the Defendant, at the front of the D Hospital located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Jongno-gu, 0.8g of philophone 0.8g, which is contained in the day-to-day c.

Accordingly, the Defendant received psychotropic drugs and marijuana.

3. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (flavoring) due to medication of psychotropic drugs.
