1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

(2) On March 24, 2015, Defendant B met the victim at the K coffee shop located in the Dong-gu, Gwangju, Gwangju, and Defendant B, “The annual salary of 50,000,000 won in cash is 60,000 won. On May 28, 2015, Defendant A: (a) did not lend money to the victim of the Dong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City *** in Sari, Defendant A received 5% interest from the victim although he/she did not lend money to the victim of the E-friendly relationship; (b) he/she borrowed money to N and borrowed money from his/her friendship and received 5% interest from N; and (c) he/she would return money at any time upon request from the victim; (d) on May 28, 2015, Defendant A received money from the P Bank account in the name of the defendant of the P Bank account (Account Number: Q) in the name of the victim and received money from the victim for the purpose of borrowing KRW 4,00,000 from the P Bank account (Account Number) and received money from the victim to the victim for the purpose of borrowing KRW 4,000,000, and then, he/she received the money from each victim through 6050 days and 4050% interest from each of the victim.
