Punishment of the crime

On February 26, 2013, the Defendant stated that “The victim E, the director of the above apartment management office, who is a professor of the Jeonnam University Agricultural University, works in F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F.M., two young children will work for F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F., working for a factory in Ulsan. F.S. at this time, the Defendant met a factory in Ulsan, and as a result, tried to talk about the job of the young children at the same time.”

However, in fact, the defendant was unaware of the Ulsan F Factory, did not know of the plan, and did not have an intention or ability to have the victims work in Ulsan F.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, as seen above, made a false statement to the victim and received KRW 1 million from the victim for the purpose of job placement in that day, and obtained a total of KRW 78,30,000 from May 23, 2014 from that time to May 23, 2014.
