On November 06, 2015, the Defendant, as a driver, driven approximately 10 KK from the front side of Dong-dong located in Busan Jung-gu to the front side of Dong-dong located in Busan Jung-gu, Busan, while under the influence of 0.123% of alcohol during blood at around 00:05, the Defendant driven approximately 10 KK from the front side of Dong-dong located in the Southern-gu, Busan, Jung-gu, Busan, to the front side of Dong-dong located in the transportation Daegu-dong.
