On January 23, 2016, the Defendant is a driver of the passenger vehicle B. On January 23, 2016, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.149% among blood, the Defendant driven the said vehicle up to approximately 1 km in front of the members of the Maritime Police Station located in Busan Metropolitan City, which is located in the Busan Metropolitan Transportation Daegu Metropolitan City, in front of the crew members of the said station.
