A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 13, 2019, at around 21:56, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim D (one’s name, half, 21 years old) for calculation in the following parts of the Defendant, and her am string with the victim’s am her own hands by returning her body.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim.

On May 10, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to suspension of the execution of one year and six months in Busan District Court on May 21, 2013 and became subject to registration of personal information on May 21, 2013.

A person subject to registration of personal information is not required to submit such basic personal information within 20 days from the head of a police agency having jurisdiction over his/her domicile without justifiable grounds, in cases where basic personal information prescribed by statutes, such as his/her residence, contact, workplace

2. Around March 6, 2019, a person did not submit the foregoing modified information to the head of the competent police office within 20 days from the date of the change, although he/she had changed his/her residence to G from the same Gu from the Busan:

3. Around September 19, 2019, even though the residence was changed from Busan G to the same Gu H, the above modified information was not submitted to the head of the competent police office within 20 days from the date of change.
