The appeal is dismissed.
The costs of appeal are assessed against the Plaintiff.
Reasons
The grounds of appeal are examined.
Based on its stated reasoning, the lower court determined that the Defendant did not recognize the Defendant’s medical negligence in relation to each of the instant operations and operations, but did not breach the duty to explain.
Examining the record in accordance with the relevant legal doctrine, the lower court did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules, failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations, or by misapprehending the relevant legal doctrine, such as the legal doctrine on medical negligence and duty to explain.
Therefore, the appeal is dismissed, and the costs of appeal are assessed against the losing party. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices.
