Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to divert farmland shall obtain permission from the Minister of Food and Agriculture for Food and Agriculture, as prescribed by Presidential Decree.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without obtaining permission from the head of the food department of agriculture and forestry and the livestock industry from July 21, 2015 to September 21, 2016, installed one container, one measurement unit, etc. in Yangsan-si B, and operated a water shop with the trade name of "C", and diverted farmland to 562 square meters.
