Punishment of the crime

On April 2, 2014, at around 11:35, the Defendant assaulted the victim by drinking the victim C (n, 46 years of age) who is a fluor in Gwangjubuk-gu E apartment complex on the ground that the victim C (n, and 46 years of age) is not living another male.
