A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who was enrolled in the third grade of the Victim C High School (hereinafter referred to as “victim C High School”) located in C at the time of three-party students and was subject to expulsion from the damaged school around May 27, 2019.

1. At around 17:11 on May 4, 2019, the Defendant entering a room was in front of the third school room of the victimized school’s third floor, and the gap in which there is no teacher or student attending school, who was on holidays at the time, from around 1 to 3:0 on May 4, 2019, the Defendant found a three-year middle examination (one-time examination) of the first semester (one-time examination) conducted between the first day of the same month to the third day of the same month and the third day of the same month from around 3:11, 2019, and then infringed upon the back of the school room (the door connected to the counseling room) in which the hand was corrected as his hand, and then cancelled

6. From 12:01 to 12:01, a total of seven times the damaged school room was intruded by the third floor of the damaged school, such as the list 1 attached hereto.

Around May 6, 2019, the Defendant interfered with business, as described in the foregoing paragraph (1) at the third school room of the damaged school, described the Defendant’s answer as to the third school room of the Korean language teacher D, and described the Defendant’s answer in the middle examination of the third and fourth grade 1 semester 3 and the second grade 1 semester 6 of the answer sheet in the second grade E of the third grade 3 and the second grade 6 of the answer sheet in the middle examination of the Korean language II (hereinafter “gal life history”), in a way to eliminate part of the answer sheet in the middle examination of the third grade 1 semester 2, 3, and 4 as described in the attached Table 2, 3, and 4 of the crimes committed, and described the Defendant’s answer as to the answer sheet in the second grade 27, 27, 79, and the answer sheet in the second sentence of the 3rd grade 1 semester 3 and thereby hindering the assessment of the middle grade 1 semester of the damaged school by deceptive scheme.
