Punishment of the crime

On November 30, 2016, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence in the Chuncheon Prison. 1. At around 17:35 on February 16, 2019, the Defendant: (a) thiefed a tricheon-gun B inn, Hongcheon-gun; (b) 30,000 won of the market value of the victim C, which was not corrected, she got on one bicycle with a tricheon-gun percentage of 50,000.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

At night, around 20:50 on February 22, 2019, the Defendant: (a) intruded into Party E located in Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, by the main entrance of a bank that was not corrected; and (b) taken 200,000 won in cash from the bank owned by the victim F, which was located below the inner cremation unit.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence at night and stolen the property.
