Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 28, 2016, the Defendant used the officetel 1702 in Gangnam-gu Officetel 1702. On October 28, 2016, there was a dispute with the victim due to the lease problems during the sub-lease of the officetel to the victim C.

On November 26, 2016, the Defendant: (a) had his pro-Japanese D enter the instant officetels 1702; and (b) had him change the password and re-ramp the victim’s residence by allowing him to change the password.
