Reasons

1. The following facts may be found either in dispute between the parties or in full view of the entries in Gap evidence Nos. 1, 2, and 8 (including paper numbers; hereinafter the same shall apply) and Eul evidence Nos. 4 and 5 and the whole purport of the pleadings:

On August 24, 2011, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant to lease (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”) each of the lease deposit amounting to KRW 24,207,00,00 and the term of lease from September 1, 2011 to August 31, 2013 (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”). The main contents are as follows.
