A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

On August 24, 2009, around 18:06, the Defendant entered the L clothes shop operated by the Victim K in Boan-si, Boan-si, and purchased items equivalent to KRW 145,00,00 in the market value, and suggested the Defendant as if the Defendant was a legitimate holder of the money for the settlement of payment, and the Defendant attempted to receive clothes from the victim, but failed to make payment by reporting with the theft card.
