A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. On July 26, 2013, around 06:39, the Defendant carried 10,000 won in cash owned by the victim D, which was located in the Si of Si of Si of Gyeonggi-do, in the “E” room operated by the victim D in Si of Si of Si of Si of Si of Gyeonggi-do. The Defendant carried 10,000 won in total, 5,5,000 won in cash owned by the victim D, which had been located in the kneep.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

나. 피고인은 2013. 7. 29. 20:40경 경기도 시흥시 F에 있는 피해자 G가 운영하는 H마트에서, 피해자의 관리가 소홀한 틈을 이용하여 미리 준비한 비닐봉지에 피해자 소유의 부탄가스, 메추리알, 꽈리고추, 소주 등 시가 합계 29,990원 상당의 물품을 몰래 담아 가지고 갔다.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

2. On August 4, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 02:45, the Defendant: (b) opened an unreshed entrance at the home of the victimJ located I 106 at Silung-si in Gyeonggi-do; (c) intruded the studio; and (d) opened a studio; and (d) opened a studio at the floor of the victim; (d) opened a studio; and (e) opened a studio, one copy of the stude card owned by the victim, and one new card.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

3. Fraud or violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On August 4, 2013, around 02:51, the Defendant purchased “Mart” operated by the victim L located in K in Gyeonggi-do, Singu, Gyeonggi-do, and then presented the physical card of the national bank in the name of J, which was stolen as above, as one of its own, and settled KRW 2,500 with its signature on the sales slip and with its payment.

Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving the victim, received the property and used the stolen debit card.

B. On August 4, 2013, around 02:52, the Defendant purchased tobacco at the above “Mart” and received property by deceiving the victim by settling KRW 5,400 with the national bank’s physical card under the J’s name by the aforementioned method, and received stolen debit cards.
