Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendants presented a photograph of male and female in Seoul, and agreed to borrow money by threatening his spouse to know the same. Defendant A tracking the subject, Defendant B attempted to help Defendant A do so, and Defendant B attempted to help Defendant A do so.
