The sentence of each sentence against the Defendants shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person in charge of safety and health management by the head of the field office who controls and manages overall matters concerning safety and health of workers at the construction site of the new construction site of E, E,cheon Factory, Inc., which is located outside D and three parcels of land performed by Defendant B, and F is an employee belonging to Defendant B of the said construction site, and Defendant B is a corporation established for the purpose of construction business, such as the construction of steel structures with its head office located in Sung-nam-gu G and 512, Sungnam-dong, Seoul-dong, and Defendant B is a corporation established for the purpose of construction business, such as the construction of steel structures. Of the above “E, E,cheon Factory”, the Defendant limited company was subcontracted to KRW 1,547,460,000 from transmission and subcontracted to May 10, 2016.

1. On March 4, 2016, Defendant A and F jointly committed the following: (a) around 13:10, Defendant A used the instant “Echeon Factory” structure production and installation work at the place of production of and installation work for “Echeon Factory”; (b) applied the F and the victim H (54 years) to the steel frame in the direction of street located at approximately 7.4 meters high from the ground of the construction site at the construction site; and (c) applied the steel frame in the direction of the street located at approximately 7.4 meters high from the ground of the above construction site, Defendant A and F installed the EX as an X-ray.
