Defendant Asian Mcro World Investment Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Asian Mcro”) is an executor of the business (hereinafter “instant apartment”) that newly constructs and sells, on the ground of 52,672,00 square meters of Qblue in Incheon Metropolitan City Free Economic Zone Q2,672,00 square meters, the scale of 12 Dong 1,304 (hereinafter “instant apartment”) and Hanyang Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Hanyang”) is the contractor of the instant apartment, and the Defendant Korea Asset Trust Co., Ltd.
