A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics, but shall not possess, possess, use, transport, control, import, export, manufacture, prepare, administer, give or receive, trade, arrange for trade of, or provide, psychotropic drugs.

1. On August 17, 2013, at the factory of the D company located in Yangju-si, the Defendant administered a medication in a manner that makes it possible for the Defendant to make 1 psychotropic drugs (one-time “one-time” hereinafter hereinafter) mixed with psychotropic drugs, such as Metecamins and carpets purchased from the person who was previously named, at the factory of the D company located in Yangju-si, Yangju-si, in a manner that makes it possible for the Defendant to use the Meca as soon as possible, by making use of the Meca.

2. Around September 2, 2013, the Defendant: (a) called a single person E in Thailand and sought money from E in lieu of receiving the money that he/she lent to E; and (b) accepted E.

E, around September 3, 2013, as a plastic package packed in Thailand, concealed 176 roasting, roasting, roasting, and roasting, roasting, roasting, roasting, and sending the recipient through international special grade mail, entered and sending the place of receipt into “F” and “D companies located in “F” at each Gyeonggi-si, and arrived at the Incheon Central Port in Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, on September 5, 2013.
