Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a holder of BMW525d passenger car.

No person shall operate any motor vehicle on a road, which has not been covered by mandatory insurance.

Nevertheless, on July 3, 2019, the Defendant operated the said car without mandatory insurance from approximately 25 km section to the front road of the apartment in the race-si, Yecheon-si, Yecheon-si.
