Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 26, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was on the road in front of the Kran tavern located in Gangnam-si J, the fire officer of the fire station in the Gangnam Fire Station F affiliated with the fire officer of the Gangnam Fire Station (29 tax) and the fire officer H (46 tax) who was sent to the first hospital after receiving an emergency report of 119 that there was two side blood patients from D located in Gangseo-si, Gangnam-si; and (b) was moving to the first hospital by the first-aid vehicle to the first-aid vehicle, and without any justifiable reason, the Defendant was in front of the said G.
