Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a freight vehicle to which the B B scambafers are involved in violating the Act on Special Cases concerning Traffic Accidents.

On July 31, 2018, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver's license at around 13:48 on July 31, 2018, driven the said vehicle, and proceeded to turn to the left by driving a three-distance intersection in the national highways of Hongcheon-gun C, Hongcheon-gun, Seoul at the bottom of the Sincheon-do, Non-Road

Violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driving of the Defendant’s vehicle at a section of about 800 meters from the Defendant’s house located in Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, the same time as the preceding paragraph, to the above point of accident, without obtaining a driver’s license.
