Punishment of the crime

The Defendants: (a) Defendant A, who was employed by the company of mutual influent human resources in the Kugdong-gu, Ansan-si, the members of Ansan-si, around 2016, planned to engage in commercial sex trafficking brokerage business and to divide profits from the business; and (b) Defendant A, through smartphone-rating type D, E, to recruit male purchase; and (c) Defendant B, who was employed by sexual sex trafficking women, will take the role of moving the above C to the place where the sex purchase is south.

A, on June 12, 2017, posted a letter expressing sexual traffic to "D" in a smartphone-recording-type space at around 21:00, and then received KRW 100,000 in return for sexual intercourse from F, which reported the above notice, and Defendant B sent C to the residence of the above F in Ansan-gu, Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si, and received KRW 100,000 in cash from F, and caused C to engage in sexual intercourse with F and once.

In the same way, the Defendants conspired with each other to arrange commercial sex acts from November 5, 2016 to June 14, 2017, and Defendant B from June 12, 2017 to June 14, 2017.
