Punishment of the crime

No one shall make, or have another make contributions to, a candidate (including a person who intends to become a candidate) or political party to which he belongs in connection with an election.

Nevertheless, at the time of June 2013, the defendant, who was the chairperson of the regional council of the sub-committee district of the Gu C Party at the time of the Gu C Party at the time of 2013, received 20 copies of the application form for joining the C Party from E, which was a member of D in the Dondo Eup of the Donnam-do, Jeonnam-do, Seoul, and received 20 copies of the application form for joining the C Party at F.

The act of making contributions by paying to the said 24 persons totaling KRW 240,00 (10,000 per person) equivalent to the 10-month party membership fee by paying to the said 24 persons the total amount of KRW 10,000 that falls under the 10-month party membership fee, and KRW 240,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 as the separate account as indicated in the list of crimes, which was implemented on June 4, 2014.
