Punishment of the crime

Defendant F served as the 16th and 18th National Assembly members, respectively. From the 19th National Assembly members election implemented on April 11, 2012 to the 19th National Assembly members, Defendant F was elected after registering as the preliminary candidate for the constituency in Gwangju-gu on February 1, 2012, Defendant C was in office as the head of the Dong-gu Office from 2002 to the 18th National Assembly members, Defendant D was in office as the 19th National Assembly members of Gwangju-gu Office as the 18th National Assembly members, and Defendant F was in office as the 19th National Assembly members of Gwangju-gu Office as the 19th National Assembly members, and Defendant F was in office as the 19th National Assembly members of the F Council, Defendant C was in office as the 10th National Assembly members of the 20th National Assembly members of the 19th National Assembly, Defendant C was in office as the 10th National Assembly members of the 20th National Assembly, and Defendant C was in office as the 20th National Assembly members of the 200th National Assembly members.
