1. The summary of the facts charged is that the Defendant is a member of the G constituency to which the former E Party (which is the current F Party) was elected in the election of the 19th National Assembly member that was implemented on April 11, 2012 after he was disqualified in the 17th National Assembly member election from 2004 to 2008.

H was arrested and investigated as a public official in extraordinary civil service at the National Assembly level 7th National Assembly as a defendant’s secretary at the time the defendant was a proportional representative member of the 17th National Assembly. On June 5, 2007, H served as the defendant’s secret official in extraordinary civil service at the National Assembly. On the other hand, on the charge of sexual harassment at his age club located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter “instant indecent act by indecent act”), and was subject to a non-prosecution disposition that the defendant was not authorized to institute a prosecution due to the cancellation of the complaint, but he continued to serve as a public official in extraordinary civil service at the National Assembly on January 1, 2008 (hereinafter “instant dismissal from office”). However, H was dismissed from office as a public official in extraordinary civil service at the National Assembly level 7th National Assembly due to the instant indecent act.

On March 5, 2012, H reported to the effect that “the Defendant provided money and valuables to the voters of local districts under the pretext of preparing a “personal card” at the time of the 18th National Assembly election campaign in the past 2008, and on March 5, 2012, the 19th National Assembly member election, “The Defendant provided money and valuables to voters when the 18th National Assembly member election in the 2008 National Assembly member election.”

On March 5, 2012, the Defendant, who was going to the election of the 19th National Assembly member, which will take effect on April 11, 2012 upon the Gu E-political Party’s official ruling, issued a press conference at the National Assembly Secretariat on March 5, 2012 to order the said newspaper to reflect and injure the newspaper, and “H (HHH) is a public official of Grade VII special service at the Defendant’s visa.
