A Imprisonment for one year, and each of the defendants B shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months, and each of the defendants C and D shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, shall issue (including the issuance by means of information and communications networks) sports betting tickets or similar things to the Defendants and provide them with property or financial benefits to persons who win at the betting;

Nevertheless, on July 2013, the Defendants recruited many and unspecified members with the PC 3 p.m. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. 303 at Seocho-gu, Youngdong-gu, 2013, and caused them to pay dividends according to the pre-determined dividend rate, while the Defendants recruited to operate the Ga (H. I)’s online sports entertainment entertainment site in which the server is located in Japan in a way that they did not refund the distribution fee to the members who did not win the ebbbbbb, and then Defendant A conspired to operate the Ga (H, I) online sports entertainment site, and then Defendant B, Defendant B, Defendant C, and Defendant D agreed to take charge of the overall control over the operation of the gambing site, such as the management of bank accounts used for the operation of the gambing site, and entry of the gambing site as a result of the games.

The Defendants, from July 6, 2013 to December 11, 2013, operated “G (H and I)”, which is a sports soil site, at the foregoing place, and, if persons who have joined the said gambling site, transfer the printing money to a national bank account in the name of C (Account Number and Justice) in the name of the bank operating the gambling site, and receive the corresponding game money from the bank operating the gambling site, and hold the show by setting the winning or winning points of the specific sports competition, the Defendants thereafter transfer the dividends according to the pre-determined dividend rate, while not returning the printing money if it is impossible to do so with the profits of the Defendants.
