Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, shall engage in an act of offering property or property benefits to those who correctly predicted the result of issuing (including issuing through an information and communications network) sports promotion voting rights or things similar thereto to the Defendants in violation of the National Sports Promotion Act;
A. Defendant A and Defendant B conspired with F and G to open and operate an illegal Internet sports earth and entertainment site, F and Defendant A received funds necessary for the opening and operation of the site from around May 2015, 201, and a single passbook established in a national bank under the name of “BS” to be used for the operation of the site. 8.
