A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Part of the facts charged shall be revised and supplemented without going through amendments to indictment to the extent that it seems that there is no concern about substantial disadvantage to the defendant's defense right.

On May 18, 2012, the Defendant stated the facts charged in the Pyeongtaek-dong's Pyeongtaek-dong as "Yyang-dong," but appears to be a clerical error in the "Yyang-dong," while the facts charged in the Pyeongtaek-dong are stated as "Yyang-dong.

(See Investigation Records 85, 152 pages 85, 152). At the New Central Diplomatic Meeting, the Defendant purchased in KRW 150,00 of the price knowing that the possession of the gallon 2 smartphone 1, which was embezzled by C, is stolen by being known that the possession of the gallon ju S2 smartphone 1 is stolen.

In addition, the Defendant appears from May 18, 2012 to June 26, 2012 as indicated in the attached list of crimes (However, the following changes are made to some extent as stated in the following week), and the “tuyang Dong” in the places No. 2 are deemed to be a clerical error in the “ normal village”, and thus, it appears to be “pro rata Dong” (see, e.g., each week 1). On June 25, 2012, the date No. 6 appears to be “ June 26, 2012.” As such, the Defendant appears to be “Malgalgal 21, 2012.” On June 26, 2012 (see, e.g., Investigation Records 222:43, Jun. 26, 2012) and deemed to be “Malgal jugal 21, 2012.”

In this respect, the Defendant acquired stolen goods separately.
