Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On September 19, 2016, around 00:46, the Defendant: (a) viewed the case to be dealt with the case by the head of the Seoanbuk-gu Police Station C District Department, and the head of the police station, who was called up after having received 112 report on the unclaimed type of the unclaimed winners on the front side of the Seoan-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu; (b) without any justifiable reason, the Defendant sent the above E arms to the above D, who wished to be “Iskh, Ish, Ish, Ish, Isn, Ish, Isn, Isk the string, and closed the string by having the head of the police station in the state of the patrol; and (c) carried the string to the above E, who was sealed.
