Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 15,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 17, 2015, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1 million by the Seoul Southern District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (LA) and is a person who is engaged in driving a car in B SP area.

1. Around 04:00 on January 24, 2020, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents: (a) while driving the said car, and driving the said car at a three-lane 406-lane road from C to C with a well-beingd side at C, the Defendant failed to perform his duty of care to accurately operate the steering direction and brakes, and prevent the accident; (b) neglected to perform his duty of care to prevent the accident; and (c) neglected to perform his/her duty of care to prevent the blood alcohol concentration at 0.101%, while he/she neglected to perform his/her duty of care to prevent the accident; and (d) found the E-bluri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-car, which is travelling at the front of the said car. However, the lower part of the said T-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-si without being faced.

The Defendant suffered approximately two weeks of medical treatment from the above occupational negligence, such as the lower and the lower alleys, which require medical treatment.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) driving a motor vehicle at a section of approximately 2.5 km from G on the street adjacent to G in the G in the ethic City F to 406 street, while under the influence of alcohol 0.101% of the blood alcohol level at the time and time set forth in paragraph (1).

Accordingly, the Defendant violated this more than twice even though he was not allowed to drive a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
